London Assembly: Leonie Cooper

The chair of City Hall's Enviornment Committee Leonie Cooper says the government has no chance of meeting air quality targets, if the expansion of Heathrow goes ahead. 

Airport bosses say they can build a third runway, and meet legal requirements.

But speaking to Anthony Baxter, the Labour Assembly Member said the committee had been given new information from a panel of experts which disputes this.
