Ringing the alarm bell for housing

The council tax campaigner, the Reverend Paul Nicolson is calling for MPs to have better guidelines in place for renters in the capital.

The 84 year old, who hasn't paid council tax since 2013, and been threatened with jail several times, says he wants to see more done to protect tennants, including an immediate rent freeze.
