Keeping London's homeless warm this Christmas

A group of workers have spent the weeks leading up to Christmas travelling the country trying to help those sleeping rough stay warm.

It's part of a national campaign called "Pass It On", which saw the team from Connect News and Media handing out winter clothes, sleeping bags and hot drinks in places including Manchester, Birmingham and Camden in London.
