A row has broken out over who should fix a North London road

A row has broken out over who should fix a North London road which is covered in potholes and often the site of fly-tipping.

Parents who use a nursery at the end of Walton Road in Harrow say the condition of the street could lead to an accident.

The local authority says it's unregistered land and would be irresponsible to spend taxpayers money to resurface it.
