V&A opens new exhibition celebrating John Lockwood Kipling

For the first time the illustrations, photographs and collected artefacts of John Lockwood Kipling have gone on show in the capital.

Father of the famous author Rudyard Kipling, he spent most of his life in Asia - which heavily influenced his artistic career. 

Lockwood Kipling: Arts and Crafts in the Punjab and London opens at the V&A on Saturday 14th January.
