Taxi protest brings Bank junction to a standstill

Campaigners gathered at Bank junction to protest against plans to ban taxis and minicabs from driving through the area.

It's after the City of London Corporation announced plans to allow only buses and cyclists to travel through it during the day. 

They say the trial measure will help reduce road accidents in the area.
