Nominations for new Fourth Plinth sculpture go on display

An ice-cream with a fly on it, and a replica of a statue destroyed by so-called Isalmic State are among the shortlisted sculptures to be the next to stand on Trafalgar Sqaure's fourth plinth.

Five artists are hoping to win the prize and have their work go on display.

Scaled down versions of their offerings have been unveiled at the National Gallery, where they will be on show until the winner is chosen.
