On Black Friday in November 2015, the journalist Michelle McGagh from north London came into London Live to announce her plan to go a whole 12 months spending on nothing, but the essentials. Part protest at our consumerist society, part personal experience, the challenge is now complete, and Michelle returned to tell Anthony Baxter how she got on.
