She Called Me Mother: Cathy Tyson stars in play about homeless Trinidadian woman

A theatre production tackling issues including domestic violence and homelessness is now showing in North London.

She Called Me Mother tells the story of a woman originally from Trinidad who finds herself selling the Big Issue at London Bridge station.

The production opens today at the Bernie Grant Arts Centre in Seven Sisters.
