London needs to 'wake up' to the child obesity issue

The former wheelchair racer Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson says children in the capital are more at risk of becoming obese than others across the UK.

The comments were made at the launch of a new scheme, called Fit For Sport, aimed at helping teachers to monitor and assess the fitness level of their pupils.
