Driver to sue council over Surbiton traffic scheme

A driver caught out by new road measures in Surbiton is to take legal action against Kingston Council, as he claims warning signs aren't clear.

The local authority has made almost two million pounds in fines from the restriction in Surbiton Crescent since November.
