Met Police launch London gun amnesty

The Metropolitan Police has launched its latest week long drive to get guns off the capital's streets.

Londoners are being given the chance to hand in weapons and ammunition anonymously, after the force released statistics showing a rise in gun crime.

The #Giveupyourgun campaign is running from 9am on Monday 16th February until 11pm on Sunday 12th February 2017.
