Will the capital benefit from the government's new housing bill?

The Communities Secretary Sajid Javid has told MPs that a quarter of a million new properties are needed each year to meet demand. Centre for London is a think tank which aims to find solutions to the capital's challenges and has said the white paper does not offer the change in direction needed to make a difference.
