Biggin Hill Airport celebrates 100 years

Biggin Hill Airport in Bromley is marking its 100th anniversary this year.

The former RAF base was one of the main fighter bases protecting London and the South East from attack during the Battle of Britain.

Two 100-year-old pilots and a 101-year-old Bletchley Park worker attended to help get celebrations underway.
