London Assembly ask why Tower Hamlets election fraudsters weren't charged

The Mayor will be urged to launch an investigation into why the MET and prosecutors didn't bring criminal proceedings into the case of Lutfur Rahman - the former Mayor of Tower Hamlets found guilty of electoral fraud in 2014.
