Record levels of hate crime in London after Brexit vote

The Press Association found record levels of racially or religiously aggravated crimes across the country in the months after the referendum. Zak Cochrane from the campaign group Stand Up To Racism says it demonstrates that "racists feel more emboldened following the referendum".
