Report asks for £1.1 million loan to provide veterans with PTSD with service dogs

The London Assembly has produced a report calling for the mayor to give of 1.1. million pounds to a charity providing service dogs to veterans with PTSD. 

"Hounds for Heroes" is asking for the money as a loan, with the hopes that it'll get picked up by corporate sponsors.
