Thousands protest against racism and "anti-migrant hysteria"

Campaigners gathered in central London for a demonstation in support of migrants and refugees.

It's all part of efforts to mark UN Anti-racism day which has seen rallies taking place across Europe.

Organisers Stand Up to Racism said the march was to combat "anti-migrant hysteria" following the Brexit vote.
