London Assembly: Tony Arbour

It's the group responsible for holding the Mayor to account and in the latest in a series of interviews with members of the London Assembly, the spotlight falls on Tony Arbour. 

The Conservative member and councillor in Richmond upon Thames has sat across a number of committees but now chairs the Assembly itself. 

He is notable for being the only current member who was also part of the original Greater London Council.
