An entrepreneur from north London is hoping to launch a scheme giving training and opportunities to vulnerable young people.

New Ground Creations is the brainchild of Pareece Rose from Edmonton. But the 25-year-old's own path to success hasn't been easy.

Pareece was involved in a gang as a teenager, but after turning her life around now aims to inspire others.
