Tackling plastic bottles

A set of recommendations have been made to the Mayor to try and reduce the number of plastic bottles we use in the capital, many of which end up in the Thames. It's an issue that City Hall's Environment Committee has been considering for some time the panel has released a report suggesting that one answer is a charge similar to the one brought in for plastic bags.
