Ministers could be taken to court again due to illegal air pollution levels

London's air pollution crisis is at the heart of a new battle between environment lawyers and the government. 

Client Earth have announced they will take ministers to the High Court once again, this time claiming a draft plan to tackle the problem is flawed.
