A new exhibition at the British Library marks the 50th anniversary of the Sexual Offences Act, which partially decriminalised homosexuality in Britain.

Gay UK: Love, Law and Liberty explores how the community was represented during deacdes of repression, to the continuing fight for full equality here, and around the world.

The free exhibition Gay UK is on at the British Library until September.
