West Londoners given a flavour of the automotive future

People living in Hammersmith & Fulham are the first in the capital to benefit from a new electric car hire scheme. The council run initiative will allow people to pick up and drop off vehicles across the borough in a similar way to hiring a Santander cycle. It's hoped the scheme will help boost sustainable transport use by reducing car ownership and unnecessary car journeys in the borough.
