London's green spaces are under threat

The Mayor has been urged to explain how he plans to increase London's green space - in terms of quality, use, and accessibility. Sadiq Khan made a pledge to do so during his election campaign. The recommendations come in a new report from City Hall which claims the capital's parks and open areas are at risk because of limited funds.
Private investment and volunteering are some of the ways being looked at to solve the shortfall.
