Organic Farm Produces Fruits, Vegetables and Opportunity

Dagenham Farm produces more than just organic fruits and vegetables. The farm's "Grown In Dagenham" program offers young people experience in the agricultural art of planting, harvesting and even baking. The three-year-trainee program feature 4 individuals per harvest year, offering them the opportunity to gain experience in these respective skills. Furthermore, Dagenham will become one of the first organic farms to sell their product in a London tube station. Beginning August 3, Londoners will be able to purchase organic produce from Dagenham East tube station.
