The campaign to stop tidy littering

The concept of a tidy-litterer has been explored today in St Katherine Docks near Tower Bridge. The environmental charity Hubbub says those who put their rubbish next to a full bin, or squeeze it into an overflowing one - are likely to be contributing to the waste in the Thames. The organisation has been running a variety of events to highlight the issue - including water zorbing.
