Mahogany arts prepare for Notting Hill carnival 2017

Work is continuing this evening to create some of the costumes for this weekend's Notting Hill Carnival. The craft of mas-making - adoring outfits with feathers, braids and sequins is a big part of the event, and has been taking place at Mahogany arts in Harlesden for almost 30 years.
