UK's first LGBTIQ+ homeless crisis shelter launches in Barking

A homeless shelter described as the UK's first independent LGBTIQ+ specific crisis centre has been launched in Barking. Based in a 12-bed tour bus, the Outside Project aims to provide temporary accommodation for some of London's most vulnerable rough sleepers this winter.
