Celebs come out in force to raise money for our charity appeal

The Mad Men actor Jon Hamm, and the actor Sir Ian McKellen were among those answering phones during a telethon in aid of our christmas appeal today.

Along with the Evening Standard and the Independent, the celebrities were helping to raise money for the Felix Project, which works to tackle food poverty in London.
