Disabled drivers receiving fines

Disabled drivers say they're receiving unfair parking fines in central London - despite displaying their blue badges in their car windows. Motorists say there is NO clear road signage which tells them about special parking restrictions in Camden, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster - Which leaves many unaware they're parking illegally.

Kensington and Chelsea council failed to respond to our requests for a response on this but Camden Councillor Adam Harrison has told us...

"Blue Disabled Badge holders can park in a range of locations, including yellow lines and parking bays, across much of Camden. All our parking provisions are listed on our website and the literature that we send to Blue Disabled Badge holders."
