Social media concerns for young users

Concerns have been raised about the number of young Londoners who might be exposed to online dangers and accessing social media sites underage.

New research shows around 360,000 8 to 11 year olds in the capital are spending an average of 13 hours online each week, despite the fact parents in the UK believe children aren't digitally responsible until they're almost 15.
