London Zoo Stocktake

After being delayed by a fire just before Christmas, which killed several animals, the London Zoo stocktake has finally taken place.

Zoologists have been tallying every creature at the attraction - including the insects!

Last year saw the arrival of eleven penguin chicks, eight new Galapagos tortoises and dozens of other new animals - all of which will now be added to the census.
