London's largest Living Rent Scheme

London's largest Living Rent Scheme has started to take its first tenants.

People have begun moving into the Sugar Works site in the Royal Docks where more than 240 flats have been offered to Londoners at below-market rates.

The Mayor, Sadiq Khan, says it's part of his promise to provide genuinely affordable homes.

A one-bed flat in the Silvertown development will cost £820 a month.
