Jeremy Vine: "We can't change driver mentality"

In 2016 the broadcaster Jeremy Vine posted online a video of him being being verbally abused by a driver while out cycling. The clip went viral and the motorist involved was jailed for nine months as she was already serving a suspended sentence. The broadcaster has now met with Assembly members at City Hall to discuss cycling safety in the capital and what can be done to get more of us on bikes.
