Hit and run victims say compensation rules are unfair

Almost £6,000 has been raised for a Londoner who was seriously hurt in a hit-and-run in Ilford.

Timothy St Jean and his close friend Wayne Sharp suffered life-changing injuries on the 9th of January.

Their friends and family are now fundraising to pay for medical care and say they've received less compensation as the driver hasn't been caught.
