Daily Mile Challenge

Nine hundred students from Tower Hamlets took to the running track in Mile End, as part of a Daily Mile challenge. The fitness tests aim to encourage young Londoners to be active, while teachers say those involved also perform better in the classroom. The scheme runs Nationally, with schools in Tower Hamlets having the highest uptake in the capital
