Major expansion of Printworks in Surrey Quays

The former Evening Standard Print Press building, now an awarding winning music and arts venue, has undergone a major expansion.

The extension at the Printworks in Surrey Quays is able to hold 3,000 people - with a strong list of acts already signed to perform there.

The venue is also involved in helping to create the UK's first Musuem of Youth Culture.

Simeon Aldred is the creative director, and told London Live's Anthony Baxter about the plans.
