MPs launch vaping awareness month

London smokers are being encouraged to take part in a 30-day challenge to help them break the habit.

Vapril is an awareness campaign which aims to show why e-cigarettes are a safer option.

Free starter kits and masterclasses are available in areas including Walthamstow, Hammersmith and Lewisham.

The move was launched by a group of MPs and Lords who are calling for vaping to be allowed in Parliament.
