Little Inventors Competition

As a country we still struggle with food waste.

We throw away 7 million tonnes of food and drink from our homes each year, which costs the average household 470 pounds.

Perhaps tired of the ability of adults to solve this problem, a new competition is looking for inspiration from children.

Big prizes are on offer we spoke to Dominic Wilcox, who is Chief Inventor at Little Inventors.
