Stress Awareness Month: How Sophrology can help

In years gone by it was juicing, then came mindfulness, but the next big trend in health and wellness is said to be Sophrology.

The practise which involves breathing and gentle exercises is popular in parts of Europe and among top athletes, but is not that well known here.

Some are on a mission to change that.

Dominique Antiglio is a practitioner and is encouraging Londoners to try Sophrology as part of Stress Awareness Month.
