Have cuts to youth projects fuelled violent crime?

Sadiq Khan has blamed the Tory cuts to youth services for the rising violent crimes in the capital.
The mayor's comments came as he and Walthamstow MP Stella Creasy visited a youth project in Waltham Forest to hear about how support groups like Spark 2 Life can help get young people off the streets.
