The Home Secretary has outlined a 40 million pound strategy to deal with the rise in violent crime. Amber Rudd highlighted a link to drugs, gangs and social media, despite a leaked government report citing police cuts as a key reason for the increase. As well as more officers, Labour also suggested funding for youth services had to be addressed. In this show we asked our studio panel what they think is the root cause of the rise in gun and knife attacks, and what can be done about it.
