Making history in women’s cricket

A bit of sporting history was made at Lord's Cricket ground this afternoon - as the biggest ever crowd for a domestic women's match was recorded. Middlesex played Marylebone with thousands of children from local schools being given tickets - as part of a scheme to encourage them to take up the sport.
