The world's first full painted film

The world's first full painted film, which took seven years to make, will be among those to be screened in South London over the next month. It's as the Herne Hill Free Film Festival returns. Other highlights include a documentary by the Chinese artist and activist Ai Wei Wei as well as Q+A's and workshops across SE24.
