Life with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome

When Helena Stone from Islington suffered a minor knee injury in 2013, she expected nothing more than a few weeks of twinges and niggles.

But it was in fact the start of a series of health problems, all connected to a rare and poorly understood condition.

The 21 year old is now trying to raise awareness of Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, which she says 5 years on, she's still suffering from.

We joined Helena for a physio session at the Marylebone Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine.
