Outside project to highlight the issue of homelessness with a 'coming out' kit

A grassroots organisation in the capital has put together a coming out kit. The contents of the bag were examined by people at Pride - and to their surprise - the contents were not what quite what they imagined.

The kit is actually part of a new campaign by the Outside project to higlight the issue of homelessness within the LGBT+ community.

The charity says it is now preparing to open the UK's first dedicated crisis shelter for those who are vulnerable. Carla Ecola is the founder of The Outside Project.
