London's bold plan to eliminate road traffic deaths

The Mayor, TFL and the MET have launched what they've called London's boldest plan to reduce the number of deaths and injuries on our roads.

The Vision Zero strategy aims to eliminate road traffic deaths by 2041.

The plan will see many areas in central London turned into 20 mile per hour zones, but critics say it will make little difference because of congestion.
