Today TV presenter Helen Skelton called on families to use bikes more during the summer. The Countryfile star was at Osterley Park in West London to launch a new hire scheme - which allows parents and children to cycle in the capital, without having to go on roads. A new ‘Red Set Ride’ app will be giving families activities so they can improve at riding.
