Political cartoons mark 50th anniversary of Prague Spring

To mark the 50th anniversary of the Prague Spring, and the moment the uprising in Czechoslovakia was quashed by the Soviet union, a new exhibition, exploring how leading poltical cartoonists documented the period has opened in the capital.

The images, which were published in UK newspapers at the time, came from both sides of the Iron Curtain, and have since been held in private collections.
